Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretarial Assistant located in Kolkata. The Company Secretarial Assistant will be responsible for assisting in compliance with corporate laws, managing statutory records, preparing board and committee meeting agendas, drafting minutes, and filing necessary documents with regulatory authorities. The role includes handling communication with stakeholders, ensuring that regulatory deadlines are met, and providing support for any secretarial audits.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Company Law and Compliance
Experience in preparing board and committee meeting agendas, drafting minutes, and filing statutory documents
Proficiency in maintaining statutory records and handling communication with stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet regulatory deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant qualifications such as CS (Intermediate), a degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field, and membership of a recognized professional body (e.g., ICSI) are advantageous
