Chief Financial Officer

Description

Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of Hospital operations. Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of MHM.

Qualifications

Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and charge management. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems. Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations relating to Healthcare. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position is preferred; Certified Public Accounting certification is preferred; 5 years management experience is preferred; Meditech experience preferred. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
