We are seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth by developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the firm’s marketing and outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new client opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Support attorneys in developing and executing strategic business development initiatives.
Represent the firm at local events, industry functions, and community activities to expand brand visibility.
Collaborate with marketing to develop materials, campaigns, and digital presence that attract new clients.
Track and report on business development activities and results.
Research market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
Ability to network and build relationships in the local community.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on results.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable working closely with attorneys and staff in a professional services environment.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (professional services or legal industry preferred).
Proven success in building client pipelines and meeting growth targets.
