Biweekly pay schedule
Flexible part-time or full-time shifts
Manage guest services including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest communications
Schedule spa appointments and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations
Perform quality checks on guest rooms and oversee housekeeping standards
Provide occasional breakfast service and light housekeeping support
Handle light maintenance, restocking, and daily upkeep of the inn
Monitor and manage inventory of linens, amenities, and supplies
Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests throughout the inn and grounds
Adhere to safety, health, and emergency protocolsRequired Skills
Friendly, welcoming, and detail-oriented personality with a genuine heart for hospitality
Strong computer skills and comfort with reservation systems
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and problem-solve on the spot
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, teaching, or related fields preferred
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
