We are looking for a skilled Systems Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Saint Bernard, Ohio. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and optimizing business systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across platforms. Responsibilities:
• Analyze existing business systems to identify opportunities for improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop comprehensive business requirement documents.
• Lead the implementation of Sage 50 software, ensuring proper integration and functionality.
• Facilitate the mapping and validation of data to support accurate system performance.
• Work closely with external vendors and internal teams to ensure successful system implementation.
• Provide recommendations for system enhancements and scalability to support future growth.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Document processes, workflows, and system changes for reference and training purposes.
• Support the organization in achieving streamlined reporting and billing processes.
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in business systems and process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Sage 50 software and its implementation.
• Proficiency in developing business requirement documents and leading system integration projects.
• Experience with data mapping and validation techniques.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and logistics operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
