Maintenance Mechanic – Wick Buildings

Join a team that builds more than structures—we build careers. Wick Buildings is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support our BRAND NEW, Mazomanie facility with hands-on expertise, problem-solving, and a commitment to safety.

What You’ll Do:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, tools, and building systems

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime

Collaborate with production and safety teams to ensure equipment reliability

Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts usage

Support continuous improvement and workplace safety initiatives

What You Bring:

Proven experience in industrial maintenance or mechanical repair

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical

Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and work orders

Safety-first mindset and familiarity with OSHA standards

Flexibility to work occasional overtime or respond to urgent repairs

Qualifications:

Vocational training or technical certification in maintenance or related field

Experience with CMMS systems and lean manufacturing environments
