Position: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000–$120,000

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

Join our telehealth team as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. You’ll work with couples, families, and individuals to resolve conflict, strengthen communication, and improve daily mental health — all from a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

Host virtual therapy sessions.

Develop structured treatment plans.

Monitor client outcomes and adjust as needed.

Document session notes securely.

Participate in team case discussions.

Requirements

Licensed LMFT in New York.

Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field.

Prior telehealth or outpatient experience is a plus.

Comfortable with digital platforms and EHR systems.
