We are seeking a dynamic and well experienced Senior General Manager to lead operations and strategic growth for our fast-growing study abroad consultancy committed to transforming the global education journey for ambitious students. With a mission to empower dreams, we guide students through every step of their overseas education – from counselling and applications to visas and beyond. As we scale, we're looking for a seasoned and strategic leader to join us at the forefront of this exciting journey.

What You Will be doing:

As Senior General Manager, you will oversee the company’s core operations, strategy execution, and business expansion. You’ll play a key leadership role in shaping the company's vision, managing high-performance teams, and driving sustainable growth across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multi-functional teams across counselling, admissions, marketing, and partnerships.

• Design and implement business strategies aligned with growth goals.

• Develop B2B and institutional relationships with universities and international education bodies.

• Identify new markets and expansion opportunities across geographies.

• Ensure high service quality, compliance, and student satisfaction across all touchpoints.

• Coach mid-level leaders and build a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability.

What we are looking For:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in international education, insurance, banking, telecom or related domains.

• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of scaling operations and delivering results.

• Excellent people leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

• Passionate about student success and global education.

• Strong common sense and people management skills.
