Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Associate to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, values flexibility, and enjoys working with a close-knit crew. You’ll be responsible for a variety of warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and forklift operation.
Shift Details
Regular Hours: Monday–Thursday, 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (4x10 schedule)
Training Period: First few weeks, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
What You'll Do Every Day
Support plant organization and daily logistics to maintain smooth and efficient production
Safely move, wrap, weigh, and stage products for carrier pick-up
Deliver raw materials and pick up finished goods around the plant
Respond to requests via email and instant message to coordinate product movement
Maintain accurate, organized files (both electronic and paper)
Operate forklift (approximately 75% of the time) for material handling and staging
Wrap pallets, load and unload trucks
Complete packing lists and bills of lading (BOL)
Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
Inventory products and ensure proper placement in warehouse
Move work-in-progress (WIP) materials daily for press, lamination, slitting, and converting
Collect and organize trim, recycling bags, and core gaylords
Schedule LTL and parcel pickups
Perform deliveries to and from the warehouse (if approved by insurance) Who Thrives Here

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
