Position Overview

As a Production Associate, you’ll support manufacturing operations through testing, inspection, assembly, machine operation, and packaging. You’ll follow detailed instructions, work under supervision, and use basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Support production to meet customer deadlines.

Perform light industrial tasks including assembly, inspection, and packaging.

Follow company policies and procedures.

Operate machines and tools safely.

Document work using basic computer programs (Excel, Outlook).

Skills & Qualifications

Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, internet navigation).

Mechanical aptitude; willingness to learn soldering.

High School diploma or GED preferred.

1+ years of related experience preferred.

Strong communication and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60/hr.
