Job Details:
School Dates: ASAP- May 23, 2026
Setting: K-8th grade
Hours: 7: 00am- 3: 30pm Key Responsibilities:
Assisting students' development of social skills
Implementing academic interventions
Collaborating with other therapists, teachers, parents, and administrators
Collecting and analyzing data on behavior targets
Documenting observations
Providing regular progress updates to the treatment team
Using positive reinforcement strategies
Teaching a variety of skills Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Active educational aide permit through the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce
Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral settings
Minimum of 1 years experience as a school-based Behavior Assistant
Minimum 10 hours training in behavior management techniques and positive reinforcement strategies
