Immigration Legal Assistant (Spanish/French)

The Nemecek Firm. is seeking a detail-oriented, driven individual, who is looking for a career as a paralegal.

The paralegal will assist attorney(s) in the preparation and filing of immigration applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills and a strong passion for helping immigrants. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

Key job duties include:

Communicating with clients and third parties to obtain documents.

Reviewing documents from clients.

Drafting forms and legal documents for attorney review.

Tracking tasks and managing deadlines.

Learning and understanding immigration processes.Requirements:

Bachelors degree in English, Political Science, or a related field plus at least 1 year of office experience is preferred.

Fluency in English at a native level.

Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus, ideally, Spanish or French.

Strong writing and organization skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environmentJob Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 per year
