Virtual Mental Health Therapist LMFT, LMHC, LCSW

Job Summary

We’re looking for licensed therapists in Indiana to provide therapy remotely. This position allows you to support clients across the state while maintaining the stability of a full-time, Monday-to-Friday schedule. You’ll focus on evidence-based care, helping clients work toward healthier emotional and behavioral outcomes.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-Time 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

$100,000 – $110,000 annually

Responsibilities

Conduct individual, couple, and family counseling sessions online

Build treatment plans tailored to client needs

Track outcomes and make adjustments as necessary

Document services accurately and on time

Stay engaged in continuing education

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology

Indiana license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC)

At least 2 years of clinical therapy experience

Ability to connect effectively through telehealth
