General Manager - High-Volume QSR uo to $65K + Quarterly Bonus Multiple IL Locations

Location: Multiple IL locations (Mokena, Joliet, Bourbonnais, Kankakee, South Suburbs)

The Opportunity

Stuck running someone else's restaurant with no room to grow? We're a growing burger QSR franchise looking for General Managers who want to build something, not just maintain it.

Mid-sized franchise group - not corporate bureaucracy, not mom-and-pop chaos. Three of our current GMs started as crew members. We grow our own leaders.

What You Need

3+ years QSR General Manager experience

Drive-thru, high-volume operations ($2M+ sales)

P&L management (food cost, labor cost, inventory)

Burger QSR background preferred (McDonald's, Burger King, Five Guys, Chick-fil-A, similar)

Lead teams of 20-30+ employees

ServSafe certified or willing to get it

Clean background, valid license

Doesn't work: Pizza, sandwich shops, casual dining without QSR experience

Big plus: Bilingual (English/Spanish)

What You'll Do

Run your location - hiring, training, scheduling, P&L, inventory, sales growth. You make the daily decisions. If your ideas work, we use them company-wide.

Last year a GM's scheduling system became our standard. Another GM's inventory approach cut waste 15%. We listen.

Compensation & Benefits

Base: up to $65,000 (experience-based)
