Description:
German-speaking Construction / Site Manager – Fire & Gas Systems
12 month contract - Onsite 5 days a week - Frankfurt
Bauleiter/Construction Manager industrial installation project in Central Europe. The role focuses on the installation and supervision of Fire Alarm, Gas Detection, and Building Safety systems, including management of subcontractors, site permits, and daily coordination meetings. It’s a hands-on site position working closely with the project and HSE teams.
Strong HSE / Technical Safety / Fire & Gas system background
Experience in industrial / offshore / heavy manufacturing / plant environments
Site-based delivery: installation, commissioning, inspections, subcontractor supervision
SCC-017 or SiGeKo / SiFa certification (mandatory for site access)
Fluent German for client and subcontractor communication
Ideally exposure to Siemens, ABB, DEKRA, TÜV, BASF, Lonza, or similar projects
Comfortable reporting, risk documentation, and working with HSE & QA systems (e.g., ISO 45001, GxP, ATEX)
