Your Key Responsibilities

Lead employment law matters across the group and its subsidiaries

Advise HR and leadership on individual and collective labor law topics

Support and guide negotiations with works councils

Manage legal proceedings and coordinate with external counsel

Develop internal policies and standards related to labor law

Contribute legal expertise to strategic projects, especially those tied to growth and transformation

Your Profile

Fully qualified lawyer (First and Second State Examination)

Strong knowledge of employment and works constitution law

Bonus: familiarity with corporate or commercial law

2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in-house or in private practice

Clear communicator with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset

Reliable, organized, and confident in a fast-paced environment
