Position Schedule:

full-time, days

no scheduled weekends or holidays but participates in on-call responsibilities

Dove Healthcare - Spooner Assisted Living, a 14-bed Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), has an opening for a full-time director. This position is responsible for day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, overseeing resident care and services, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supervising staff. In addition, this position will work some shifts as a resident assistant.

As the assistant director, you will:

respond to any family and/or resident concerns

tour perspective families and/or residents

round daily and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations

conduct audits per CBRF registry

maintain employee schedules

maintain attendance and payroll records

participate in recruitment and retention activities

Required Skills:

excellent customer service and communication skills

ability to multi-task and perform in an environment with interruptions, multiple responsibilities, and deadlines

computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and other programs

ability to organize and set priorities

Required Qualifications:

must be age 18+

previous employment in a caregiving role

CBRF training classes preferred
