About the Opportunity:

BNW Services is partnered with a nationally recognized General Contractor actively hiring Superintendents and Project Managers with mission-critical or data center construction experience. These roles focus on managing fast-paced, MEP-intensive projects for top-tier technology and telecom clients. This is a major growth opportunity within a booming sector of the construction industry.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Project Oversight & Execution

Lead field operations on complex MEP/data center builds

Maintain up-to-date construction documents and reports

Validate subcontractor layouts, line/grade, and schedule milestones

Monitor job progress and drive project efficiency from precon through closeout

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Administer quality management and first installation inspections

Document deficiencies and ensure timely resolution

Enforce site safety policies and procedures; conduct pre-task planning

Manage and track permits, inspections, and compliance reporting

Leadership & Client Relations

Mentor field engineers and project staff

Serve as the client-facing lead on jobsite performance, schedule, and updates

Participate in internal and external progress meetings

Who We're Looking For:

8+ years of experience on mission-critical, data center, or MEP-heavy construction

Background in large-scale commercial or technical builds

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred

Proven experience overseeing subcontractors, safety, and QA/QC programs

Comfortable in a fast-paced, schedule-driven project environment

Local candidates preferred, but relocation support is available

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $150,000 – $220,000 (depending on experience)
