Job Description
Main Purpose: To lead and manage the Rosco Business Unit according to Rosco’s Strategy, Mission, Vision and Corporate Values, striving to achieve Business Unit’s Profitability, Customers’ Satisfaction and Collaboration across internal Rosco departments.
Primary Job Responsibilities
1. Manage the Business Unit’s profitability in line with the established monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets.
2. Manage the Business Unit departments of Customer Support (Inside Sales and Order Entry), Sales, Technical Support and Operations with the objectives of meeting Customers’ satisfaction and of keeping consistency across all Rosco offices in processes and procedures.
3. Identify the Business Unit Key Customers, understand Rosco’s past and present relationship with them. Build a rapport with them in very close coordination with the sales force.
4. Understand the needs of the Business Unit Key Customers and prepare business plans to grow their business in collaboration with the sales force.
5. Identify the Business Unit’s personnel needs to provide Customers with an Exceptional Experience while meeting the Profitability targets. Manage personnel resourcing as appropriate.
6. Collaborate with other Rosco departments to ensure the Business Unit is properly resourced in Finance, IT, Human Resource, Legal and Marketing
7. Analyse the Financial Statements of the Business Unit (P&L and Balance sheet). Recommend corrections and changes to achieve the profitability target. Discuss recommendations with Management to drive decisions and lead their implementation quickly and efficiently.
8. Assess inventory levels to ensure adequate stock. Identify slow movers and prepare Grass Root Campaigns along with the sales force to sell them out.
9. Represent Rosco at industry networking events (ie. award ceremonies, open houses, seminars, etc…) and tradeshows (domestic and international) when necessary.

Experience:
· Computer and Social media literate
· Knowledge of Rosco’s products and services a plus
· Industry experience/knowledge a plus
