About the role

In this role as a Quality System Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality System in areas such as MSA, Calibration, and the Internal Quality Audit Program, as well as maintaining IATF/ISO 9001 certification and supporting external visits and customer audits. This role also supports other Quality System processes, including Quality Change Management, FMEA, and document control.

What You Will Do

Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve Quality System processes such as Calibration, MSA, Auditing, FMEA, Control Plans, Change Management, and Document Control.

Organize and review MSA studies and calibration processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Ensure local compliance with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Support and coordinate internal and external audit programs (including customer audits), ensuring timely follow-up and closure of non-conformities.

Ensure the factory maintains certification requirements for IATF16949 and ISO9001.

Support continuous improvement activities and systemic corrective actions across the organization.

Provide timely responses and feedback to customer quality-related requests and questionnaires.

Manage and maintain Quality Systems tools such as the documentation and process systems, audit databases, and tracking tools.

Collaborate cross-functionally to support the business on all Quality System–related topics.

What You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment, with strong process knowledge.

Experience in the semiconductor industry’s Quality System is a strong plus.

Strong knowledge of Quality Standards such as ISO, IATF, AIAG, and VDA.

Proficiency in Quality Auditing, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Expertise in Problem-Solving Methodologies and Core Quality Tools.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.
