Location: Moncton, NB (flexible: Saint John or Fredericton, NB)

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 CAD + relocation support

Site Based: Monday - Friday

About the Role

Are you a passionate, strategic people leader who thrives on connecting great talent with purpose-driven work? We’re seeking a Director of Talent Engagement to design and deliver a forward-thinking recruitment and engagement strategy across multiple operational locations in East Canada and the East USA.

Reporting to the Senior Director of HR, you’ll champion innovative approaches to attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent — ensuring a strong, sustainable workforce and a positive employee experience from first contact through long-term career growth.

What You’ll Do

Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive talent engagement and acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and workforce needs.

Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to identify critical roles, leadership pipelines, and succession opportunities.

Lead and inspire a regional team of Recruiters and HR Business Partners across East Canada and the East USA.

Oversee high-volume recruitment campaigns and student and seasonal hiring programs.

Optimize candidate experience, recruitment processes, and digital tools for efficiency and impact.

Strengthen the employer brand through strategic campaigns, storytelling, and community partnerships that position the organization as an employer of choice.

What You Bring

5–10 years of progressive experience in HR or talent leadership (industrial, manufacturing, or operational sectors preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced certification an asset.

Demonstrated success in workforce planning, leadership development, and talent engagement initiatives.

A creative, high-energy approach with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
