Job Title: Domestic and International Customer Support Representative

Job Summary:
Provide excellent support to both domestic and international customers through phone, email, and chat. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
Handle complaints and provide effective solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Support international clients with cultural sensitivity and time zone awareness.
Qualifications:
HSC/UG/PG degree preferred.
0-5 years of customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus).
Proficient in CRM and basic computer tools.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
