Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Coimbatore. The Head Chef will be responsible for menu planning, preparing meals, and overseeing kitchen staff. The role includes managing inventory, ensuring food quality and presentation, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. The Head Chef will also collaborate with the management team to create and innovate new dishes, as well as uphold food safety regulations.
Qualifications
Menu planning, meal preparation, culinary skills
Experience managing kitchen staff and inventory
Attention to food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen safety practices
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in creating and innovating new dishes
Relevant culinary degree or certification, or equivalent experience
