Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Drive strategic technology development by
growing and maintaining a network in the wind engineering and science community
planning and coordinating collaborative and external programs in line with the technology roadmap, also by screening and utilizing external funding opportunities.
Provide administrative support by
processing NDAs & government registrations,
running internal approval process,
seeking legal support, negotiating contracts and collaboration agreements.
Manage externals programs by
interacting with the project leads, controlling spending profiles, implementing workplans, issuing technical reports,
overseeing the financial health of projects, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with funding agreements,
managing financial reporting for all funding projects, ensuring correct cost allocation and smooth execution of external financial audits,
utilizing project management tools like OPS Central, pathfinder, dashboards to monitor financial performance and project progress.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Finance or other relevant field of study
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Desired
Demonstrated experience in managing external partnerships, funding programs and collaborative R&D projects
Program management experience
