With a proud history and a strong reputation, our centre provides authentic Montessori education for children aged 15 months to 6 years — creating calm, engaging, and purposeful learning environments that foster independence and lifelong curiosity.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support children’s development through meaningful, child-led learning

Create safe, inclusive, and engaging indoor/outdoor environments

Collaborate with a supportive team of Educators and Montessori-trained leaders

Build respectful and trusting relationships with families

Maintain compliance with the EYLF, NQS, and Montessori philosophy

Bring flexibility, initiative, and a love for early learning every day

What You’ll Need

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)

Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

First Aid Certificate (with asthma & anaphylaxis training)

A strong understanding of child development

Willingness to learn and embrace the Montessori approach

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
