Could you be the VIE - PI Field Engineering we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates. Provides field engineering leadership, assist and support to projects & PI team for investigation, troubleshooting and resolution of technical/quality issues

We’ll look to you for:

Supporting technical activities during the PI period, including Commissioning and Warranty phases

Providing technical guidance to technicians and ensuring effective troubleshooting

Diagnosing equipment malfunctions and recommending preventative and corrective actions

Participate in technical reviews with stakeholders

Support quality investigations (Kx/8D) with suppliers

Drive reliability improvement and containment actions

Driving investigations into failures and ensuring containment measures are implemented

Ensure accurate input into the Failure Management database (RAMS)

Ensuring compliance with EHS requirements and maintaining documentation quality

Ensure EHS compliance on site

Identify and report documentation gaps

Manage product configuration and related documentation

Contribute to technical feedback and Return of Experience

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction

Support obsolescence management and field modifications

Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Mechanical, or similar)

Experience or understanding of troubleshooting and failure analysis

Knowledge of reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS) principles

Familiarity with data management and configuration control

A strong technical mindset and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Fluent in English
