You have

Experience using data to spot trends and share insights

Skills in Excel, Smartsheet or similar tools

Confidence creating and updating process maps

A collaborative approach and strong attention to detail

Experience in a similar role or contact centre environment

The practical bits

You’ll work Monday to Friday.

We work between the hours of 8am to 6pm.

We typically work on a hybrid basis with a minimum 2 days per week in our One Strawberry Lane office, with the rest from home.
