Position Description

You will be based in our Ragusa office. We want energetic and passionate people with a burning desire to create & innovate who are willing to experiment. We are seeking highly motivated professionals looking to gain internship experience in the sector of Hospitality and Customer Care. Your day-to-day tasks would involve understanding the customers' expectations to determine what they are drawn to and make sure that customer communication, as well as inquiries, go smoothly. In addition you will help us setup our Hospitality and Even Management software tools and help us with your travel agency acquisition.

This internship takes place in Sicily from November-December 2025 for 4 up to 9 months.

Skills:

• Splendid communication skills (written and verbal)

• A sense of customer relationship

• Good at organization and prioritising tasks

• Eager to support us with ideas to improve our efficiency

Qualifications:

• Creative writer, blog/ article writing

• Ability to create appealing material for Social Media

• Basic experience in Social Media and Marketing

• Interest and basic experience in hospitality

• Ability to think both creatively and strategically

• Setup Event management and Hospitality (PMS) tools

• Help with Travel Agency acquisition

• Digital Marketing research

• Online Social Media Marketing

• Improving processes and incorporating structures

• Writing blogs and articles

• Corporate and Brand communication
