WE ARE HIRING

Administrative Assistant

Day Shift available (7:00am – 3:30pm) or (8:00am – 4:30pm)

PTO Vacation / Holidays/ Health benefits & 401K package available.

Job Responsibilities:

· Duties as defined by Department Manager

· To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or ability required.

Job Requirements

· Able to follow instruction of manager.

· Must be computer literate and experienced with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

· Typing quality documents

· Must be organized and able to prioritize workload.

· Able to effectively communicate.

Education and/or Experience:

High School Graduate or GED

Language Skills

English skills are required.
