Job title : Plant Administrative Assistant
Location: Hunker PA
12 months contract on W2
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily office activities and ensure smooth administrative operations.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements for plant leadership and staff.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal communications.
• Support onboarding and logistics for contingent workers and visitors.
• Maintain documentation, records, and reports related to plant operations.
• Assist with procurement requests, expense tracking, and basic HR coordination. Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise tools.
• Experience in administrative roles, preferably in industrial or plant settings.
