Job Summary

ITRegulators, Inc. is seeking an entrepreneurial and technically fluent AI Strategy Consultant to be the primary advisor for our small and medium-sized business clients. This role is a critical blend of business strategy and technical design. You won't be writing the final production code, but you must be able to design, scope, and create the technical blueprint for custom AI agents and automation solutions that deliver clear, measurable value to small businesses.

Your success will be measured by your ability to translate a client's daily challenges into a clear, implementable plan for an autonomous AI agent.

Key Responsibilities

Client Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with small business leadership to identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and high-ROI opportunities best solved by custom AI agents (e.g., automated customer support, complex data summarization, lead nurturing).

Solution Design & Scoping: Conceptualize, document, and design specific AI agent architectures. This includes defining the agent's goal, the steps it will take, the data it needs, and the necessary API call-backs and webhooks required for it to integrate with the client's existing software (e.g., CRM, e-commerce, internal databases).

Technical Blueprint Creation: Produce clear, comprehensive technical specifications and documentation that serve as the project plan for the internal development team. This ensures the developed agent aligns perfectly with the client's needs and technical environment.

Tool and Platform Recommendation: Advise clients on the optimal technology stack, recommending appropriate Large Language Models (LLMs), agent frameworks (like LangChain), and low-code/no-code platforms based on the client's budget and technical maturity.

Value Quantification: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and estimate the business impact (time saved, increased revenue, reduced cost) of proposed AI solutions to ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).

Bridging Technical & Business: Act as the primary liaison between the client and the AI development team, ensuring seamless communication and successful, on-time project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 3+ years in a technical consulting, solutions architect, or product management role, with significant experience in automation or Artificial Intelligence projects.

AI Agent Expertise (Conceptual & Practical): Deep, functional understanding of how AI agents are built, including the components of prompt engineering, function calling, memory, and tool use. Must be able to design a functional agent logic flow.

Technical Fluency: Strong familiarity with software development processes, API integration (REST/JSON), and cloud deployment concepts. Ability to understand and discuss code logic, particularly Python, is essential.

Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to quickly understand diverse small business workflows and translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes.

Communication: Exceptional skills in verbal presentation, workshop leadership, and technical writing for both executive and technical audiences.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Company Description
