Bartender/Mixologist

Job Description

Speakeasy environment in the Fort Myers Historic Entertainment district. We are currently hiring bartenders for multiple shifts and locations, plus fill in shifts for special events as needed/available. Pay is base hourly plus tips earned. Must have at least 3 years of bartending experience.

Must have a strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, craft beers and wines.

Strong work ethic- able to work in a fast paced environment for prolonged periods of time.

Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and our facilities accurately and in a friendly manner.

Follow checklists and standard operating procedures.

The individual must present a professional appearance and engage guests with a polite manner. Bartenders should be able to anticipate the guest needs and should greet each guest promptly making all guests feel important all while having fun and increasing sales.

Applicants should have extensive knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and properly handle cash and credit card transactions. Aloha knowledge is a plus.

Applicants should be high-energy, enthusiastic individuals who have a strong sense of urgency, positive attitude and strong people skills.

Previous professional bartending experience is a must.
