Job Description
We are searching for a people-centric Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. You’ll be in charge of coordinating personnel and processes, with the objective being to achieve the effective distribution of goods to our field employees.
The logistics coordinator should exhibit exemplary communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate should also possess great record-keeping abilities, operate under a customer-oriented approach, and should be well-versed in supply management principles and practices.
The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels, aiming for maximum efficiency. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are necessary to provide pleasant friendly service to our field employees. In this role, you will be cross-functionally working with our onshore resources, trainers, leadership and HR teams, to ensure a smooth transition for our field employees as they advance into the next step of their careers.
Location: Marietta
Schedule: Mon – Fri 7:30am – 4:30pm (THIS IS A 1099 OPPORTUNITY)
Qualifications:
· Must possess 3 years of experience ideally in corporate housing logistics
· Excellent references required
· Solid working knowledge of Mac/PC operating systems
· Valid Driver’s License; confident and responsible driver
· Must pass Drug screen
· Must pass background/credit check
· Must be legally able to work in the United States
Responsibilities:
· Drive our corporate transportation vehicles to transport our consultants to different locations in the metro Atlanta area.
· Manage lodging schedules across 21+ corporate houses in which accommodate 50+ consultants
· Monitor corporate housing (21+) and offices (2) for needed fixtures/cleaning and coordinate with contractors and logistics specialist when needed.
· Coordinate and act as a logistics focal point for all field employees.
· Negotiate with contractors /vendors regarding house maintenance. To include the supervision of the maintenance taking place
· Prepare and manage corporate housekeeper schedule. Assist with trash disposal and cleaning of kitchen areas
· Review corporate car usage and track trips for current and upcoming batches.
· Ensure the checklist is adhered to for the incoming batch arriving in Atlanta.
· Organize workload efficiently, demonstrating strong administration and scheduling skills.
· Facilitation of various clerical functions to including making photocopies/ faxes of various confidential documentation. Strong scheduling and computer skills required.
· Other duties as assigned.
