The Company
OFC is a joint venture between Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries S.A., AVIN OIL S.A., Skytanking NV, and Hansaconsult GmbH. OFC is also among Europe's high-standard aviation fuel supply facilities.
Starting with the role:
Currently we are searching to hire a General Works Foreman,to join our team at OFC TECHNICAL S.A, a subsidiary of OFC, to be responsible for supervising general site operations and assisting with support works necessary for the main construction activities.
During your day you will:
Supervise daily site work and ensures labor teams execute tasks according to plans
Assign tasks to workers and monitors productivity and safety
Check quality of workmanship and resolves minor construction issues
Report material needs, progress, and issues to the site engineer
Coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors within designated work areas
Enforce compliance with safety protocols and site rules
Maintain a daily log of labor, equipment, and work activities
What you need to stand out:
Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field (Technological Educational Institute)
At least 3 years of experience in supervising daily site work and managing labor teams
Strong knowledge of construction site operations and labor management
Familiarity with safety regulations and site safety protocols
Understanding of quality standards and workmanship evaluation
Knowledge of coordination practices between multiple trades and subcontractors
Good command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
