The Company

OFC is a joint venture between Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries S.A., AVIN OIL S.A., Skytanking NV, and Hansaconsult GmbH. OFC is also among Europe's high-standard aviation fuel supply facilities.

Starting with the role:

Currently we are searching to hire a Civil Concrete Foreman,to join our team at OFC TECHNICAL S.A, a subsidiary of OFC, to be responsible for coordinating concrete operations on-site, ensuring adherence to structural and quality standards.

During your day you will:

Coordinate concrete works including formwork, rebar, pouring, and curing

Allocate tasks to concrete labor teams and ensures efficient execution

Ensure compliance with formwork and reinforcement shop drawings

Monitor concrete placement, compaction, and curing processes

Coordinate concrete delivery schedules with batching plants

Check concrete quality, slump tests, and sampling on-site

Report progress and issues to the Civil Engineer

What you need to stand out:

Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Technological Educational Institute)

At least 3 years of experience in allocating tasks and supervising concrete labor teams

Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques and standards

Familiarity with formwork and reinforcement drawings

Understanding of concrete quality control tests and curing processes

Awareness of scheduling and coordination with batching plants

Good command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
