Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and onboard corporate clients for AI skilling programs.
Drive consultative sales with CXOs, CHROs, L&D Heads, and Business Leaders.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Conduct training needs assessments for AI/ML and digital upskilling.
Propose tailored AI skilling solutions (leadership in AI, data literacy, machine learning, automation, etc.).
Negotiate contracts and close enterprise-level deals.
Build long-term client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Stay updated on emerging trends in AI adoption and workforce skilling.Qualifications and Experience:
810 years of corporate sales experience.
Minimum 5 years of proven success selling corporate training/skilling programs (mandatory).
Direct experience in AI skilling, digital transformation programs, or tech upskilling solutions (highly preferred).
Strong connects with corporates in BFSI, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, and Technology sectors.
Demonstrated ability to sell to large enterprises and Fortune 500 clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
