Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational processes and ensure compliance with RBI norms for our NBFC-P2P business. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of NBFC operations, regulatory guidelines, and fintech lending workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end NBFC operations including loan processing, disbursement, repayment tracking, and documentation.

Ensure full compliance with RBI regulations, P2P lending guidelines, and internal operational policies.

Liaise with Finance, Credit, Collections, and Technology teams for seamless operational execution.

Maintain accurate and updated records for regulatory and statutory compliance.

Monitor transactions, verify data integrity, and support internal/external audit requirements.

Prepare periodic operational and compliance reports for management and regulatory submission.

Contribute to the creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies when required.

Support customer handling related to loan servicing and operational queries.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration (MBA preferred).

2–4 years of experience in NBFC operations, compliance, or fintech lending.

Good knowledge of KYC/AML, RBI regulatory frameworks, and operational risk controls.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.

Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills.

Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
