Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager-Visa based in New Delhi. The Manager-Visa will be responsible for overseeing visa application processes, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and providing guidance to clients regarding their visa options. The role involves managing a team of visa consultants, staying updated on policy changes, and maintaining relationships with embassies and consulates. The Manager-Visa will also handle escalations, ensure accurate and efficient processing of applications, and provide training to the team on visa-related matters.

Qualifications

Experience in visa application processes, immigration laws, and compliance

Team management, leadership, and training skills

Problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to handle escalations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of visa policies and regulations

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field

Experience working with embassies and consulates is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
