Role Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families throughout all stages of life, from children to the elderly.

Oversee chronic conditions, preventive care, urgent medical issues, and mental health challenges, always putting patients first.

Perform physical exams, analyze diagnostic results, and create tailored treatment plans for your patients.

Work alongside care coordinators and specialists to provide integrated, holistic healthcare.

Engage in initiatives to enhance care quality and improve patient outcomes.

Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation of patient interactions.

Provide care both in-person and via telehealth to meet patients' diverse preferences. Education Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program. Certifications

Board Certification in Family Medicine.

Eligible for (or currently hold) an active Ohio medical license.

BLS and ACLS certifications preferred. Skills and Experience
