The Opportunity

1 year contract

In the Carolina Herrera department, we are looking for a Graduate Product Manager – Fragrance. The graduate will be in charge of assisting the teams on the development of the future marketing plans for the brand.

What you'll get to do

Marketing:

Participate on ideating concepts for new launches (moodboards, concept research, names, packaging ideas, design etc.)

Support the teams during all steps of innovation development & coordinate the development of all support materials to guarantee successful launch along with internal teams

Set operational implementation in cooperation with all departments (Trade, Merchandising, Training, Media, PR, etc.)

Creation of Marketing presentations for the business meetings.

Content creation:

Implementation and follow-up of content production for digital platforms.

Implementation and follow-up of content production for events organized by the Influence/Press Relations team.

Elaboration of briefs for service providers, production companies and external creative teams.

Follow-up of the shootings from preparation to post-production.

Coordination with the different internal departments (marketing development, e-business ).

Guarantee deadlines and project planning.

Guarantee the graphic charter of the brand on the different media and formats.

Administrative follow-up of projects.

You are passionate & creative candidate, with strong communication skills. You have a special sensibility and taste, mixed with strong organizational skills. You have this sensitivity to Fashion and beauty industry.

Graduate contract: you cannot have more than 3 experiences after your last degree to be part of the program

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (as Intern/Apprentice)

Education: University Degree or Master in Business School, specialization in Marketing or design, art….

Languages: English mandatory, Spanish would be a plus.
