What You'll Do Day to Day
Answer and route incoming calls to the maintenance department
Troubleshoot maintenance requests and assign work orders as needed
Input and manage service requests in the property management software system
Create, implement, and maintain checklists for maintenance processes
Review and approve contractor invoices for accuracy and completeness
Communicate regularly with residents and contractors to provide updates and resolve issues
Support the Director of Maintenance with scheduling, documentation, and project coordination What You Bring
Positive, professional attitude with excellent communication skills
Ability to adapt and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
General knowledge of systems, programs, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Real estate or property management experience a plus Nice to Have
Experience with maintenance or property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio)
Familiarity with scheduling vendors and managing service contracts
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
Interest in growing into a leadership or operations management role Not a Fit If You
