Could you be the full-time Serial Production Coordinator in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu we’re looking for?

Engineering degree (Mandatory)

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in line feeding, parts feeding from Warehouse to production lines.

Preparing and publishing Parts Maturity Follow-up (PMFU) reports to provide material coverage visibility for N+2 to N+6 months

Knowledge of Kanban and supply chain processes

Proficiency in SAP MM or WM in a manufacturing factory.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Flexibility to work in shifts, 6 days a week.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth material availability for production and project needs. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Material Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, and Serial Production Coordination), coordinate with external suppliers and logistics providers, and drive critical supply chain activities to meet project deadlines and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of material maturity follow-ups and resolving serial production issues, but also contribute to risk management and support material planners in managing priorities.

We’ll look to you for:

Preparing and publishing Parts Maturity Follow-up (PMFU) reports to provide material coverage visibility for N+2 to N+6 months

Identifying critical parts and suppliers and managing containment and preventive actions with Sourcing, Procurement, and SDPM teams

Ensuring contracts and schedules are in place to guarantee timely orders to suppliers

Resolving serial production issues, including engineering changes, contracts, and call-offs

Coordinating material availability for production on a 4-week horizon in collaboration with internal departments

Representing the Supply Chain team in weekly operational meetings and providing action plans for critical materials

Supporting material supportability for serial projects, including Change Requests (CR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)

Managing supply chain activities during volume changes, engineering changes, and resourcing initiatives

Supporting Material Planners in prioritization and issue resolution
