nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:nnCoaching sports groups or teams during clinics and campsnCheck rosters and player's identification nEnsure correct equipment is available for games and proper set up of all play areasnEnsure games start on time and are scored accuratelynMonitor play areas including courts and adventure areanAssist in league and class coordination for climbing, ninja, futsal, basketball, volleyball, and general recreationnProvide courteous and friendly service to all guests and staffnProvide knowledge about prices, leagues, and events nKnow and enforce the facility's policies, procedures, and rulesnOpportunities to provide sports instruction and coach youth (based on experience)nScoreboard OperationnOfficiates games and contestsnComplete special projects, daily assignments and other duties as directed by managementnnMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:nnHave the ability to work with a wide variety of age groupsnFlexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays)nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtennAbility to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentnMust have excellent guest service skillsnMust be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skillsnAbility to remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situationsnMust be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders, and fellow Team MembersnMust work well with othersnMust take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and facilitynCommitment to the safety and wellbeing of othersnHave sports experience or an interest to learnnAble to work electric scoreboard preferred nPrevious coaching/mentoring experience preferrednnWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDSnnMust be able to lift 40 pounds waist highnMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bendnMust be able to walk intermittently nWill be required to operate a computern
