We are looking for a dynamic Tender and Distribution Specialist to join our Market Access team. In this role, you will be central to ensuring the flawless execution of tender and distribution operations, collaborating across departments to support strategic initiatives. This is an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in the oncohematology space, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence. This is a 12 month contract.

A Typical Day:

As a Tender and Distribution Specialist, you’ll:

Coordinate and optimize tender processes to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive databases of tender-related documents and correspondence.

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and share critical tender-related information.

Track and manage tender progress and deadlines using appropriate tools and systems.

Support vendor onboarding processes in collaboration with global procurement teams.

Collaborate with compliance teams to secure project approvals and manage collaborations with scientific societies.

Monitor project budgets and ensure alignment with financial goals.

Provide administrative support and training to other departments as needed

You have experience or familiarity with tender processes and technicalities.

To Be Considered:

You'll need a bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field highly preferred. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a large, multinational company is required. Prior tender knowledge and technical experience will have an advantage. Business-level English is preferred.
