What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire a happy, high-performing team
Deliver Amazing Service every time and create loyal guests
Maintain fast, friendly, accurate service using speed-of-service principles
Uphold food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Coach in real time, address gaps quickly, and celebrate wins
Own sales, profitability, and full P&L accountability
Maximize labor efficiency through scheduling, forecasting, and smart planning
Grow revenue through merchandising, marketing, and catering initiatives
Lead shop communication, team briefs, and initiative rollouts
What You Bring
2+ years of Restaurant GM experience in fast-paced QSR or Fast Casual
Proven ability to build, develop, and retain strong teams
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience driving sales, managing labor, and understanding P&L levers
Coaching mindset — you set the tone and lead from the shift, not the office
Adaptable, inclusive, and motivated by developing people and performance
High integrity and commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience
