Responsibilities: Assist nurses in daily patient care (bathing, feeding, mobility). Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes to nurses.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas.

Help patients with basic needs and ensure comfort.

Assist in medical procedures under supervision.
