Job Title: Staff Accountant

Location: Oberlin, OH

Schedule: Hybrid; Monday - Friday

Salary: $60,000-$80,000 based on experience

Key Responsibilities (Staff Accountant):

Manage and process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 300 employees using Paychex

Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Assist with month-end close procedures and general ledger maintenance

Handle various HR generalist duties, including benefits coordination and employee inquiries

Qualifications (Staff Accountant):

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or similar environment preferred)

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Paychex payroll systems
