Pilates Instructor – Corporate Site (Self-Employed)

Energy Fitness Professionals is seeking a self-employed Pilates Instructor to deliver one class per week at a corporate site in Woking. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable instructor to bring the benefits of Pilates to a professional workplace setting.

Role Details:

Deliver one weekly Pilates session on site

Create a welcoming, positive, and engaging class atmosphere

Provide safe and effective instruction to suit all abilities

Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels

Develop tailored lesson plans that cater to the needs and goals of clients

Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises, ensuring proper form and technique

Monitor participants’ progress and give constructive feedback to enhance their practice

Maintain a safe, supportive, and professional environment at all times

Stay updated on the latest trends in Pilates and fitness to continually improve teaching methods

Foster a positive community atmosphere that encourages participation and client satisfaction

Requirements:

Recognised Pilates teaching qualification

Proven experience delivering group classes in fitness or wellness settings

Strong knowledge of anatomy and safe exercise practices

Reliable, professional, and adaptable approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to motivate, inspire, and adapt teaching style to suit different learning preferences

Friendly and approachable demeanour that creates a welcoming environment

Provide own music

Hold valid instructor insurance

Contract:

Self-employed role

1 class per week (weekday, time to be confirmed)

Competitive hourly rate

Applicants must provide evidence of the right to work in the UK for this role. Only candidates who are settled in the UK can be considered. There is no relocation package attached to this position.
