Job Summary
FSM Packaging Solutions (PS), Development & Technology team is looking for a Factory Controller to be based in Rubiera, Italy. As part of EMEA PS Business Control team and Rubiera factory management team, you will be responsible to drive performance, ensure compliance to company policies & procedures & plan, monitor & deliver on the financial targets of the factory. This position will report to the Regional Business Control Manager EMEA. Tetra Pak is not in a position to sponsor work visas/relocation for this specific position.
What you will do
Factory Performance
• Oversee overall factory performance (KPI) and support the cluster controller with implementation of new indicators
• Analyse supply chain KPIs (incl. expenses and depreciation), for actual and budget
• Analyse factory waste (including. waste sales trend)
Product Costing
• Calculate product costing for actual, budget and support for forecast
• Support market product cost variance analysis
• Analyse and monitor raw material price trends
WCM
• Support the World Class Manufacturing culture in the factory
• Active member of factory cost pillar
• Team member of other pillars (incl. Logistics projects)
• Participation in central improvement teams
Controlling activities
• Review and manage the business control activity (monthly closing, expense control, timely provisions etc.)
• Participate on monthly stock check activities
• Analyse and drive investment spending plan for actual, forecast, budget periods.
• Create investment business cases and follow up actual costs/results vs business case.
• Support critical price negotiations with supplier management
• Be a strong guardian for internal control procedures
• Ensure compliance to local legal and tax requirements
Support to central controllers/other factories when possible.
Support to regional Business Control Manager
We believe you have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or related.
Preferably a master’s degree (MA, MBA or equivalent)
Degrees in (Mechanical) Engineering are a plus.
At least 2-3 years of relevant Business Controlling experience.
Advanced English proficiency
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and SAP R/3 or HANA.
Power BI experience will be a plus.
Factory / World Class Manufacturing /Total Production Management (TPM) knowledge and experience are considered a strong plus.
