Production Fabricator - Join the Fourdot Group Team!

Fourdot Group is on the lookout for a Production Fabricator to join our talented and growing team!

Working across four innovative brands, you’ll help bring a wide range of products to life - primarily in wood and acrylic - using our on-site fabrication equipment and tools. You’ll collaborate with senior fabricators to create top-quality products that meet our high standards of craftsmanship and design.

Full training will be provided!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Support the fabrication process from start to finish, working from production plans.

Use hand tools, diamond and flame polishers to finish acrylic components.

Operate line benders and gluing stations to assemble batch-run products.

Prepare wood and acrylic materials for production.

Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Wear PPE and follow all safety signage.

Work collaboratively with the wider production team to identify improvements and efficiencies.

Deliver precise, high-quality work - meeting output targets set by your Team Leader.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a factory or workshop environment.

Confidence in using hand tools and machinery safely.

A practical mindset and problem-solving approach.

The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

A team player who can also work independently when needed.
